Have been very busy recently, hence no posts. Well my donations so far have sat at a big zero, lol. Well, not quite true - one scam artist Darlene Michaud http://www.thebeggarsclub.com/ got $8 out of me in fees for a 2 week trial and having my avert on page 3, I got $15 donations in 2 weeks BUT - to get teh $15 I had to pay this woman fees of $50 per 2 months, plus 5% of any donations, plus $3 a week to be on page 1...... I passed on the offer....lol.
Instead I have been building my own online shop, http://www.boughtitonline.com.au - have bought in heaps of stock, still lots of work to get it finished. Tried a local market first off, lots of interest but not enough sales to make it very worthwhile. Still, will return next month to see if word of mouth has carried and more sales come in.
In the meantime I have a few items up on ebay..... will post how it all goes!

Finally....one step complete!
Will start putting updates on how all my new money making schemes actually turn out. Am very ineterested in making some money online with minimal efforts rather constantly slaving over a hot compter every night on my usual website work. Of course right now I am still slaving over a hot computer, just in a different way than usual!

Busy busy woman.....
OMG, came to my blog today and realised I hadn't posted in 4 days!!!! What was I thinking? I started this with all intentions of doing a step by step of the processes I am going through to setup some money making websites to help reach our goal of $10,000 in 10 weeks.
So far instead of donations I have had many emails from scam artists trying to scam money from me rather than donating. All this from posting for help on a few of the many "cyberbegging" websites.
Right, I am off to check through my emails and post some snippets of the lovely emails I have received since starting my search.

$10,000 in 10 weeks!
I am a single mum with 2 daughters, I receive parenting pension and also run my own business from home doing web development but still we always seem to end up struggling with the bills and debts.
We have 10 weeks until we leave Australia for a family holiday in Ireland to see family who we haven't seen in 10 years. I have paid for a lot already, all the return flights to Ireland are covered, half of a week in Spain, a deposit on some accomodation, but hell we still have a long, long way to go.
I have worked out with the money that I have saved and by the time we leave which is in about 10 weeks we will have very little left to cover a holiday where we are going to be away for 2 months.
I have worked out that we need to raise $10,000 extra in 10 weeks.
So here I am, on the start of what is going to have to be a very accelerated journey on how to raise money fast. And yes, like all the people here I am also struggling with debt, $15,000 over 3 credit cards, the payments are killing me with the interest and any penalties. So I guess not only do we need to save but also square up some debts to more maneagable proportions so we can go away knowing we have at least left our debts in a manageable state.
I will post more tomorrow but would love to hear from anyone able to help. I will also post any useful tips for others here that I happen to find on my journey. I have purchased a domain name tonight, my first step, www.backtoderry.com , am yet to set it up so I have some hard work ahead of me!
p.s. my mother is in hospital long term so doesn't have a house at the minute so we have to cover accommodation while there which is turning out to be very expensive especially converting the aussie dollar to the UK pound or euro!
If anyone out there can help, even if it is only $1 or $5 it would be well appreciated! I believe in karma and the good old what goes around comes around. Thanks for taking the time to read my blog!
